Rainbow Zoo Shipping Policy 

1. Policy Overview
This policy outlines the shipping guidelines for all orders placed on the Rainbow Zoo official website and affiliated platforms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined herein. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is available to select countries. Please see the checkout page for the updated list.
Primary carriers include USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier is chosen at our discretion based on efficiency and cost.
3. Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification.
Shipping Transit Times:
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days.
Expedited Shipping (3-7 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Overnight Shipping: Available for most items. Must be placed before 1 PM ET on a business day.
Delays: Processing or shipping may be delayed during major sales, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues). You will be notified via email if significant delays occur.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight/dimensions, and selected shipping speed.
Free Standard Shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $30.
International orders are subject to calculated shipping fees, customs, duties, and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Address & Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
To change or correct your shipping address, you must contact customer service at xiaoxiaojun233@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window or once the order has entered the shipping process.
7. Delivery Issues (Failed Delivery, Lost, or Stolen Packages)

Carrier Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will usually leave a notice. It is your responsibility to follow their instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier.
Stolen/Missing Packages: Rainbow Zoo is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Please check with neighbors and secure locations first. For unresolved issues, contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. We may assist but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for stolen packages.
8. International Shipping Notes

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the item or shipping cost.
Please check your country's import regulations before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for items seized by customs.
International shipping times are estimates and can vary significantly.

Rainbow Zoo reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your order will apply.
