We believe that every product should bring you rainbow-like happiness! If you need to adjust your shopping choices, please refer to the following guide:

You can apply for a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt(based on logistics records)

We accept refunds, exchanges, or returns for store credit

✅ Applicable to all channels

Orders placed on our official website and authorized cooperative platforms support returns and exchanges (original proof is required)

II 🛍 Return Eligibility

1. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, with original packaging and complimentary gifts kept intact.

2. If you wish to return due to unsuitable size or color, please provide your order number and problem description.

3. For products with manufacturing defects, please attach high‑definition photos or videos as supporting evidence.

4.Custom-made and personalized items are non-returnable unless they have manufacturing defects.

5. Damaged goods without original packaging, gift cards and promotional give‑aways cannot be returned. Promotional free gifts can only be exchanged for store credit, except for returns due to manufacturing defects.

6. Once we receive and inspect your returned item and it meets return conditions, we will process your refund, exchange or store‑credit within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We cannot provide compensation for lost return shipments caused by third-party logistics carriers.
