1. If the product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged, the original packaging and gifts must be kept intact

3. If there are process defects in the product, high-definition photos/videos should be attached as evidence

4.We do not accept returns of damaged items, items without original packaging, gift cards, or promotional products. Promotional products can only be redeemed or credited to your account.

5. Once we get your return and it meets our conditions, we'll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 business days.
